Kate Todd

Counsellor and Coach, Workplace Coach and Specialist Divorce Coach.

I combine both professional coaching and counselling skills to guide you in figuring out how you would like your life to be, together we will identify the roadblocks and look at ways you to make positive changes in your life.

We live in busy and emotionally demanding times and my hope is to provide you with some space to focus on your needs away from the judgement and ideas of others.

I value evidence-based therapy that focuses on building solutions rather than remaining stuck in the problems.

I’ve been described as an empathetic and caring person who has an ability to work through challenges in my life in a pragmatic way.  I’m not afraid of facing a challenge or two and I believe we are all capable of continually changing to make the best of our lives.

I value honesty and integrity and being a lifelong learner and I uphold those values in both my professional and personal life.   I am lucky to be supported by wonderful friends and family and I love being a mum to 2 amazing young women.  In my free time and as a place to wind down I head to the garden, walking in the hills, a good book or movie, my favourite yoga studio, or a night out with friends.

I look forward to working with you to navigate your ups and downs by learning how to navigate the complexity of your life using your strengths,  and celebrate the positive changes you will make.
